Reading about the most recent Sony invasive rootkit debacle (Wired BoingBoing) and “Walmart: The High Cost of Low Prices” reminds me of the tendency of large companies to be rather evil. There are plenty of other large companies that could provide examples of this tendency - J.P.Morgan, Standard Oil, Microsoft, Electronic Arts, etc. [...]
